I love houses. I love big houses and tiny houses, historic, modern, and alternative houses. I once lived in a house that was older than this country. I’ve lived part-time on a boat, in a lighthouse, and soon- I’ll be weekending in a shipping container. I guess what they all have in common is functionality and usefulness. Efficiency of space. Clarity of purpose. Living with the Earth.
I also sell houses. Big, tiny, old, new.
I also fix houses big, tiny, old and new.
I would love to share my love with you. If you care to follow along, we’ll start in Jefferson Park in my 100+ year old modernized, solarized, Craftsman Bungalow and then head to Joshua Tree where I am building an alternative, off-grid house out of shipping containers… or steel… or maybe Earthbags (I can’t decide). I also like to document the interesting houses I see and sell as a real estate agent for Sotheby’s International Realty in Los Feliz.
I hope you’ll join me! You can follow me on Instagram or Pinterest for my daily musings and discoveries. I’ll also be using this to send a monthly newsletter with deeper insights into the world, art and real estate. If it’s not your thing, I’m not offended, just unsubscribe below. No hard feelings!
